Jmarc Engineering & Sales was founded August 20th, 2001. We are committed to providing our customers with world-class manufacturers. We provide complex components and assemblies to Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. Jmarc Engineering operates primarily in North America and Mexico with extensive hands-on technical and managerial experience. Our sales engineers have on average 28 years of servicing clients’ needs.
This strong team further strengthens our comprehensive understanding of all facets of the manufacturing process, including the ability to foresee pending issues, explore alternative options through new technologies, and offer solutions while successfully executing projects of various sizes and complexities. CEO & Sales Engineer
Over 26 years of experience in automotive sales and value engineering. Steven also specializes in engine, transmission, seating and latch components, functional applications and VAVE engineering. Along with vertical sales approach creates value products for our principles in our unique way of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers and manufacturers.
Tony has 17 years of experience in sales and automotive program management at both the OEM and Tier customer levels. He focuses on insert molding, decorative molding, painted and chrome components as well as various metal fabrication processes. Tony brings his experience from the OEM and Tier 1 manufacturing to develop long-term relationships with Tier 1’s functional application in the automotive market.
Joe has more than 35 years of automotive expertise, (24 years in sales and 11 years in quality). He has been very successful in the OEM and the Tier 1 automotive market. Based in Michigan, Joe has an excellent reputation for professionalism and closing new business while developing long term relationships with the Customer. Joe’s experience includes Raw Materials, Stamping, Roll Forming, Fine Blanking, Casting, Machining, Plastic Injection and Tool and Die. He is focused in the areas of Chassis, Powertrain (Propulsion) and Interior/Exterior Components and Assemblies.
With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering, Bob is versatile in various engineering fields, such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and manufacturing. Bob currently delivers a systematic review of company objectives, desired outcomes and a decision to move ahead with a project-based solution. His engineering skills and background helps to see projects through to fruition.
Ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office from RFQ to program launch. Susanne articulates a program’s strategy and objectives while also providing up to date status reports between the customer and its principals. Susanne is continuously updating and communicating with the customers to support field sales staff.
Sales Engineer (Southeast Region)
Jerry has over 40 years in manufacturing in variety of positions in multi-plant companies from line worker, material control, warehouse management, production control/ management, engineering, purchasing, sales, and finally as a VP of a plastics company. So, he can relate to what it takes to successfully integrate a supplier into a customer from a multilevel view. His experience and understanding of the needs of the supplier and customer allows him to successfully keep both satisfied with the relationship and thus growth their respective businesses! Jerry offers 24/7 contact and prides himself with very short response time.
Juan Pablo Cruz
Sales Engineer (Mexico Territory)
Specialty on automotive and its mechanics with Domain in the areas of: Automotive engineering for production and Quality areas. Experienced in Quality control tools: APQP, AMEF, 5s, Ishikawa, Control plans and drawing interpretations. Juan provides a local footprint in the Mexico territory. Fluent in Spanish and English.
Sales Engineer (Southeast Region)
Trent has 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, 15 of which were working for multiple tier 1 suppliers. His background includes quality control manager, engineering manager, business unit manager, and costing/tooling engineer. Currently, Trent focuses on the Southeast region of the U.S., building long term relationships with a variety of manufacturers.
Over 30 years in Sales, Business Development, Program Management and Quality pertaining to the vehicle interiors with an emphasis on the complete seat. Randy has taken programs from concept to start of production with all aspects of the complete seat individually or as a whole which include frame, mechanisms, all forms of plastics required, foam, fabric and leather trim stamping and tooling as required. Logistics of parts from supplier to JIT plant to OEM assembly plant including packaging required. Relationships are the key to great team work and superior end product. Integrity with the customer, suppliers and team members are what form these lasting relationships.
